Professional and Educational Background
A comprehensive and complimentary university education for Lee resulted in a first degree of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a second Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and, most recently, a Master's degree in Education. In her professional life, Lee has continued to earn certification in the most effective and widely used training systems in the profession of leadership development. Lee is currently an ICF (International Coach Federation) member and an ICF certified coach.
A Masters Degree in education complements Lee's experience as an educator. Working within Interior Health in a clinical setting and in a variety of education roles honed her skills. Working for UBC and Stenburg College also allowed her to practice and refine her formal teaching methodology. She is greatly appreciated in her role as a mentor, teacher, guide and coach.

Lee has a Bachelor of Science in nursing, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a Registered Nurse. She has many years of experience in the health care profession doing clinical work, providing education and developing and improving professional practice programs for both nurses and physicians. Lee worked for over twelve years in a clinical role in mental health and addictions, providing services for individuals and groups.
